Introduction: Cushing’s syndrome is rare, but assessment of patients with clinical suspicion of Cushing’s and/or adrenal incidentaloma is frequently required. Thus, there is a need for biochemical screening methods that with high sensitivity and specificity identifies or rule out hypercortisolism.
